George Bukes is everything you hope for in a realtor and MORE! My husband and I worked with George to sell our downtown San Diego condo, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From our first conversation through closing, George was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome possible. What stood out most was his communication. We always felt informed, prepared, and confident throughout the process. He was quick to answer questions (even late at night or early in the AM), proactive with updates, and incredibly organized. Selling a home can be stressful, but George helped take away that stress! His market expertise was evident in every recommendation he made, from pricing strategy to marketing and negotiations. He paid attention to the details, anticipated challenges before they became problems, and consistently advocated for our best interests. What truly sets George apart is how much he goes above and beyond. He wasn't just focused on completing a transaction. He cared about making sure we had a great experience. He was accessible, patient, trustworthy, and always willing to do the extra work needed to keep everything moving smoothly. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, strategic, responsive, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients, I cannot recommend George highly enough. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would work with him again without hesitation. Five stars all around!
