If I could give more stars I would Manuel deserves them ! He has been through it with us every step of the way. We are officially first time home buyers thanks to him and to our loan officer Cathy they are the dream team! As first time home buyers we had a bunch of questions and it was nice feeling that we could feel comfortable just asking anything from what the time frame is to what an earnest money deposit is. We had a bumpy road with covid and the crazy real estate market and Manuel helped us not give up and made it happen. We are so grateful and happy we get to share this moment with him and that he was a part of it. We personally feel that we preferred an agent that was both professional but also easy to relate to us and flexible and that is exactly what Manuel was for us it almost felt like we were getting advise from a friend and someone we trusted.
