Char E.

Char is an incredibly thorough real estate agent. She sold my home in Pacific Beach recently and the whole transaction went smoothly. She is efficient, trustworthy, diligent and full of integrity. I have used her for every real estate need for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of using another agent. Thank you Char for your great character and work ethic.

Char is amazing! From the first Zoom interview, we immediately appreciated her confidence and knowledge paired with a calm and understanding approach. She asked us great questions to get to know us and really listened to the answers. In only two days, she arranged a showing of our dream house and six days later, our offer was accepted - incredible! She managed the whole process in spectacular fashion, which was so important to us as first time buyers. Char was available for any question at any time, quick to respond and was supportive the whole way through. We highly recommend working with Char!

I’d highly recommend working with Char if you are looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego. Char helped us find and purchase our dream home. Her professionalism, knowledge from years of experience, customer service and sincere negotiating skills are what make her the very best. She went above and beyond for us and was literally available whenever we needed to consult with her on important decisions during the process. We were her client but she always made us feel first like friends. She kept our best interest in mind while knowing how the industry works like the back of her hand.
