Dale Lawrence is a compassionate administrator that mixes complete competence in property management with an unique ability to understand a renters situation and solve problems quickly. As a renter I had a refrigerator go out in a heat wave and when Dale knew I was a diabetic with insulin in there he had a new refrigerator in the house within hours and gave me suggestions on how to save insulin in meantime. I would highly recommend Dale as a property manager. He’s the real deal.

I was a tenant under Lawrence and Associates for one year. Dale and his team are professionals who pride themselves on fast and easy communication. Their ability to bridge the gap between owner and renter made for the ideal renting process. I appreciate all of their efforts and genuine care for those that they work with. They have become my favorite property management by far.
