Alison and Jason helped me close on my first home. As a first time homeowner I was surprised at how smooth the process was compared to other stories I had heard and most of that is down to Alison and Jason's help. They walked me through every step of the process, from talking about what I was looking for in a house and initial bids that went very quickly all the way through setting up inspections and going back and forth with the seller to reach the best possible deal for me. I also had a ton of questions come up during every step and they were always helpful and patient. In the end, their vast experience with the LA house market got me my first house on a tight schedule and for a great deal! If you are looking for a house in LA, I cannot recommend the Huddys more highly!

This is my second time working with Alison and Jason, first as a buyer, and recently as a seller. If I wasn’t moving out of the country, I would’ve worked with them again! When I first sought their expertise in 2017, I was impressed by how well they understood the market, how strong their relationships were with other agents, and how well they got to know me and what I was looking for in a house.
