Brenda is simply outstanding and after our experience with her this year, there simply is no other realtor that competes with Brenda and her team in marketing, selling, and ensuring a successful closing to a home sale. There is no problem nor glitch that she cannot solve in record time, as she has developed an experienced and trusted lineup of professionals that she can turn to, in order to solve every imaginable glitch, from stagers, to specialized inspectors, to lenders, including hard money lenders, to an outstanding photographer. When the Covid lockdowns hit, her photographer was immediately ready to adapt and switched to a 3D version for virtual marketing of our home, one of the first listings in the Newport market to do so. Some may say anybody can sell a home, but in today’s regulatory and paperwork-intensive environment in California, not everybody has the experience and backup talent (including an outstanding escrow officer) to make sure every possible detail is finalized successfully. I would never consider hiring ANY OTHER realtor than Brenda and her team! I just wish I could give her 10 stars instead of 5!
