I have had such a great experience with Marvin. I had to relocate for a new job and had been trying to sell my house since June 2025. I was facing considerable financial hardship as I was paying both rent and mortgage for over 6 months while the house just sat on the market and did not sell. My previous listing with my previous agent had expired without any one even inquiring to buy the property and I had even listed it for rent with a rental company and it was not moving in the rental market too, so I had given up on ever selling or renting the property, had asked for forbearance from the mortgage company and was facing possible foreclosure with a hit to my credit. Marvin reached out to me, was very reassuring, stating that he would help me sell the property , and he worked very hard to get the property sold just in time to avoid me going into foreclosure.
