I strongly advise against engaging the services of Lisa as a realtor. Throughout my experience, I found her conduct to be profoundly unprofessional. She exhibited a blatant disregard for ethical standards, which not only undermined the integrity of our transactions but also compromised my trust in her capabilities. Her approach was consistently marked by a lack of professionalism. It is perplexing how she has garnered positive reviews, as my dealings with her were nothing short of exasperating. The stress induced by her incompetence was substantial, making the process far more arduous than necessary. Moreover, Lisa's apparent deficiency in emotional intelligence was striking. Her interactions were devoid of the empathy and understanding essential for effective client relations. In sum, working with Lisa was a regrettable experience, and I would caution others to seek alternative real estate professionals who adhere to higher ethical and professional standards.

LIAR! I was the buyer and she was the seller’s agent of a property. She claimed that the solar panels were paid off. Lisa said it was in the MLS listing. There are several emails stating such. But come to find out the panels are not paid off. This is a shady woman that I wouldn’t personally use for a real estate agent to buy a home. She sold the property, said it had new LVP tiles on the floors downstairs and on the flooring upstairs. All of the bedrooms LVP, have carpet underneath. I would run from this agent hands-down. She doesn’t worry about families being able to safely live in a home, but instead of more worried how to line her pockets. RUN FROM THIS AGENT. Bad news.
