I had a great experience selling our home with Fil. I honestly thought we might be pricing the house a little aggressively at $510K, but he was confident in the market and ended up being right. We had an offer at $515K and were under contract within about four days of listing. He was also extremely helpful throughout the entire escrow process, especially when the inspection and negotiations came up. He kept me informed, gave good advice without pressuring me, and helped keep the deal moving all the way through closing. Communication was excellent and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Selling a house can obviously be stressful, but Fil made the process much easier than I expected.
