Tyler was fantastic to work with. We were relocating to Texas from Kansas and appreciated his prompt and thorough responses to our questions during the process. Tyler also provided great referrals to related vendor partners in the area. His negotiating skills are unmatched and he was able to keep the process moving forward when we hit a snag with the sellers vacating the property at closing. We are thrilled with the end result and getting settled in our new home and community. We highly recommend Tyler for all of your real estate needs.

I highly recommend Tyler Martin as your realtor in all of East Texas. We first had the pleasure of meeting him in 2023 to look at property in Tyler .. we drove out for the weekend from Spicewood to see that part of Texas..we loved it but not the property. We kept in touch and he visited 3 properties for us and videoed them to save us a drive. I might add they were in 3 different counties and we really appreciated him taking the time to do this! Last December we met up and looked at 8 properties from Tyler to Ulba.. one we loved and being a first time buyer we were nervous and clueless to the process. Tyler has an honest and reliable team he works with from finance to inspections to cleaning snd repairs. It was Christmas and they all still worked round the clock to make it happen. I was looking from out of state, Tyler would meet me when I was in town for tours of homes and when homes came on the market that fit my criteria he would tour the home and send me videos. Tyler is very responsive and helpful. Especially about looking at individual needs and desires. Tyler is very knowledgeable about the areas and gives advice that meets long term goals, not just to make a sell.

I am going to attempt to keep this within the character limit if I possible as the list of things Tyler did that was above and beyond is many. When considering moving my wife and I met Tyler (in Tyler) and he was more than happy to spend multiple days driving from one end of Tyler to the other and all the surrounding area's to look at homes with us (even when we were very on the fence about even moving). I felt Tyler made it his mission to look out for us and notice the small details we may of missed but for the most part let us experience the home-shopping adventure in our own way. He even drove to our new house to sign off on the truck when we had nobody to do it for us. Can't say how blessed my family was to of had Tyler as our realtor and could not recommend him more!
