I am so glad that we were referred to Sandy and Doug Mathews and their team. From the beginning they were realistic and enthusiastic about our sale and were forthright with valuable information about the market and area we were selling in. They walked me through all the paperwork, managed any rehab construction and painting that was required, and had a very good team of subcontractors to call on as needed. The best part of all is that they were extremely communicative which I really appreciated, especially because we were managing our sale long distance. I would recommend them highly!! One of the best real estate selling experiences I have had.
