100% Would Recommend! . Melissa was so great. We had a house that was inherited in an area that we were not totally familiar with. I lived so far that being physically there was difficult. Melissa not only was compassionate and empathetic regarding the loss of our family member, she made things so much easier. The second we handed over a copy of the keys, she took a huge weight off our shoulders. She had contacts for everything, was able to help set up an estate sale, and took care of all the issues that came up so that we didn’t have to travel to the house. Everything was able to able handled online as well as her arranging a mobile notary. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret putting your trust in Melissa!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing on all three counts! It's hard to describe perfection but you know it when you see it / experience it. That is Melissa. We could not have had a better experience through this entire process. Melissa is thorough on all issues and I have never had any professional as responsive as she has been. All questions were immediately answered and/or explained and dealt with. Moreover, Melissa is kind, thoughtful and caring which helped our family immensely in the difficult process of selling our deceased parents' longtime family home. While I live in Dana Point and out of Melissa's immediate area, I would seek her out to sell my home in a heartbeat. She deserves 5 Stars and then some.
