First, she. is an awesome marketer, priced it just right. We ended up getting an offer for the full price the next day! She knows what she’s doing, is it extremely professional, and a delight to work with. What’s also special are the little extra things she does for her clients, which no other Realtor has ever done. Aside from her great realtor skills, she’s also a wonderful person. I would absolutely hire her again, and can’t recommend her enough!

Tireless work ethic, savvy negotiator, genuinely invested in finding your home. I have to start by saying that I have a big bias against real estate agent. We had some really bad experience and generally found them to be totally irrelevant or even a barrier to finding our dream home. Melissa was so good that she changed my mind about agents. I would say her biggest strength is her tireless work ethic. She responds quickly and thoroughly to EVERYTHING. She also is very good at looking at for you as the client in negotiations. We bought a brand new home from a builder and Melissa was able to negotiate so many credits that it went over our maximum for closing costs. Melissa was also incredible kind — dropped off food for us when we moved in, gave us a nice gift, even paid money out of her own pocket to cover something we needed last minute that we couldn’t get from the builder. Overall she’s a fabulous agent.
