Laura and the entire Hoffman Murphy Team did an amazing job on the sale of my house. They were on top of everything from start to finish and made this sale the easiest I have ever done. My house needed repairs and cleaning and Laura lined up an outstanding contractor to do all the repairs and improvements at a very reasonable price and was completed within 3 weeks. The staging company Laura brought in did a great job and combined with the great work by the contractor, made the house look terrific and we had 4 offers the first weekend, all above the listing price. The escrow closed seamlessly in 3 weeks. I will only use Hoffman Murphy going forward and highly recommended them to anyone else. On top of the great service, the entire staff are very nice people and a pleasure to work with!
