Matt G.

We faced what we thought was a daunting task, finding and closing on a home in San Diego from across the country, but Matt Greene provided all the guidance and advice we needed to complete the process in just over a month. He set up a Compass Collection to help us identify homes that matched our search criteria, scheduled all of our viewings for the one day we were able to be in town, worked with us on negotiations leading to an accepted offer, and ensured that all documents needed to close escrow were provided by the appropriate parties. Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, cheerful and accommodating. Matt has a great attitude, clearly loves his job, and it was a pleasure to work with him!

Matt is the real deal! We recently sold our home and purchased another one all in a span of two months, which was hectic and nerve-racking. Matt was by our side every step of the way for both transactions, putting us at ease and being on top of every issue that arose. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the San Diego real estate market, and he is an expert when it comes to pricing, offers and negotiations, listing details, inspections and disclosures, etc. Matt's superpower is communication -- he breaks things down, simplifies things, reminds you of deadlines and estimated timeframes, and is incredibly responsive. Real estate deals can sometimes feel confusing and intimidating, but not with Matt by your side. Matt was instrumental in helping get us into our dream home, and getting us maximum value in selling our previous home. HIGHLY recommend!

Matt Greene was the absolutely BEST! So patient with every step! Literally made me feel like I was buying a pair of shoes, rather than a home. I would and have already recommended him to both friends and family. Thank you for everything!
