I have never written a review for anyone and want to take the time to write one for Seth Chalnick to show my appreciation. We had our home on the market for 8 months and were unable to sell it until we engaged Seth. He had an open house 2 days after it went on the market resulting in 3 offers. We accepted one of the offers the next day and opened a 25 day escrow which actually closed on the day he said it would but not without his daily attention to issues that came up along the way. We couldn’t believe how much time he spent communicating up until the close of escrow and was there with us 100% till the end. His professionalism, integrity and communication skills are top notch.
