We met with Annika a few months before we decided to sell our home in Laguna Hills (Hill Top Place) during that meeting we told her that we thought we may sell in a year or so and just wanted to start the process of getting to know realtors etc. She immediately made us feel comfortable with her expertise and her impressive knowledge of the area. Fast forward a few months and we found a house near family that we fell in love with. Due to our earlier meeting with Annika we felt comfortable making an offer on that house before selling the Hill Top Place house. Our confidence was NOT misplaced. Annika worked with us to help get our belongings packed and out of the house within 2 weeks. She had the house painted and staged for us and then we had an offer above our list price within 2 weeks with a 10 day close of escrow. Annika and her team worked diligently with us to get everything done in that tight time frame. During that time I would occasionally call her in a panic and she would respond "I've got your back" and she did everything closed smoothly on time. We can not recommend Annika Highly enough.
