Phoenicia F.

Phoenicia was absolutely amazing to work with! This was my first time renting a house, and she made the entire process so smooth and easy for me. She was always available whenever I had questions and took the time to explain everything so I never felt confused or overwhelmed. She was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate how much she helped me and my family. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel so simple. I would definitely recommend Phoenicia to anyone looking for a realtor! We will most definitely be using her again especially when it comes time for us to purchase our first home. I can't say enough how great she is and how smooth she made our process go. So grateful for her! She goes above and beyond.

We can’t thank Phoenicia Friese enough for everything she did to help us buy our home. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She knew we were expecting our first baby, and she made it her personal goal to help us get into our new home before our little one arrived. Thanks to her dedication, hard work, and determination, that goal became a reality. Phoenicia was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly fought for our best interests. She worked tirelessly to make sure everything came together, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about our family and our future. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile for her clients, we highly recommend Phoenicia Friese. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us find the perfect home for our growing family. Thank you, Phoenicia!

If you’re buying or selling a house in the Coachella valley or high desert areas of Southern California and looking for professional help I recommend Phoenicia. It’s impressive of her knowledge of these real estate markets. Phoenicia works in your BEST interest in whatever it is you’re trying to do, I personally got to see and understand that. She is very trustworthy, responsive, and works for her clients as if they are family. Again, If you’re looking to buy or sell real estate and are unsure where to start, I hope this review finds you.
