Buying a new construction home wasn’t as straightforward as we expected. The builder and sales team were often unresponsive, communication was confusing, and it frequently felt like no one could give us a clear answer. Alyssa stepped in every time to advocate for us, follow up with the builder, and make sure things kept moving. One example was when we had scheduled our home inspection and confirmed multiple times with the builder, only to be told the day of that we suddenly weren’t allowed to have it. Alyssa immediately took care of everything and got the inspection rescheduled for us. She handled the situation so we didn’t have to. Throughout the entire process, Alyssa was always available whenever we had questions or concerns. She reassured us whenever we were nervous, explained everything patiently, and made us feel confident during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. She was also incredibly flexible and always worked around our schedules.
