This Real Estate team is absolutely phenomenal! And trust me, we’ve had some not-so-great realtors! We cannot say enough good things about Sam, Eliza & Ken Othman! Sam is a very seasoned and knowledgeable person in the industry, and just knows exactly what needs to be done. Eliza is so caring and even vacuumed our floors when I was too sick to do it myself on Showing Day. And Ken is extremely smart, great at marketing, and got tons of people in the door. All three together, made a fantastic team! We got 3 realtors for the price of 1 with this team and they made us feel like we were their ONLY clients, by answering every call or text, within 10 minutes, whether it was Sunday, or 4th of July, 8 o’clock at night, or just a regular business day! They showed our home 37 times in 2 weeks! And, of course, sold it! AND for a price that we were ecstatic about! They listened to our needs and acted accordingly, and made the selling process as stress-free as it could possibly be! We really enjoyed this experience because of them!
