Maxine G.

Maxine, Marti and their group form a very efficient, very powerful team. Their goal is to get you the most direct, fastest and best way to achieve the purchase or sale of your property to your maximum satisfaction. I recently put my house for sale with them. Less than a week later, we had three offers, one of them full price. I had a glitch (my fault) just before the close of escrow that could have compromised the whole transaction. Maxine immediately chose the right person to handle it. The issue was resolved within a few hours. I highly recommend them. I will not hesitate to use them for any of my future real estate needs.

Marti and Maxine Gellens are so great to work with. We have worked with them over the years with multiple homes and have never been disappointed. They make us feel as though we are their only clients because of their quick response to any questions we may have. They epitomize professionalism in a very personal way.

Selling the home you grew up in can be stressful. Maxine and Marti Gellens and the entire team we so great to work with. They were patient and understanding, then responsive and proactive once we got the house listed. I was really impressed with Marti's negotiation skills and how she managed multiple offers in a short time frame to get the best price. I now live out of state and we were able to handle all paperwork and signatures seamlessly. I was even out of the country the entire week before the deal closed, and escrow moved along very smoothly. This is a very knowledgeable and professional team, and I highly recommend them to sell any property in San Diego.
