I highly recommend Christina. It’s not easy to find someone you can completely trust with your personal information and investments but I felt that Christina had my best interest when she sold my property. I had to move out of state quickly and literally handed her my keys as soon as I signed the contract. She took care of every step of the sale process and kept in communication with me all while I was in another state and timezone. She scheduled everything from staging, to cleaning, to contractors since I could not be there. I appreciate all of her help and would definitely call her again for SoCal recommendations and investments.

Suzanne made buying our first home such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. In our case, she represented both the seller and buyer, and we always felt her support as she advised us. Thanks to her organization, we were always on top of signatures and paperwork. She also made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about what we were signing. Suzanne and Christina are both personable and genuine. In addition, they have been incredibly welcoming, and we are lucky to be a part of their neighborhood!

Suzanne is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She's extremely thorough with excellent negotiating skills but most of all, she knows her stuff! We worked with her on a condo purchase in an incredibly difficult market and she helped us land the perfect home. I honestly don't know if we could have done it without her know-how. I also give her an A+ on follow-through, attention to detail and hand holding :-) In this climate, it's critical that your agent be on the ball and Suzanne exceeded our expectations!

Suzanne has been my realtor on two properties across multiple years. She was not only fantastic at this job, finding us a great home both times, but also an amazing resource long after the respective sales had closed. She went above and beyond at every stage. She was professional, proactive and sensitive to our needs, given that with the first property, we had an infant and with the second, we were navigating a sale and purchase (she handled both) and a divorce. She was a total pro though all of it! Christina was part of the second property sale/purchase and she was fantastic too. They did a beautiful job of staging our house for sale and this had a major impact on the eventual purchase price. This team knows what is is doing and does it well!
