We have a lot of experience with Realtors, having bought/sold a dozen homes. Laura Ford is by far the best Realtor we have used and we have used her multiple times now. She is fair and positions herself to support your process the way you need it to look for your unique situation. She stays communicative, pleasant and is not overbearing. Her stager's work is also 5 stars. Great experience and you won't find better.

Laura is fantastic. I wish I had 10 more houses to sell and to buy because she made the experience so easy. As a single mother, I am so use to doing everything myself and working with Laura, I didn't have to do anything. I had a well lived in home with my 2 sons that I needed to sell and within weeks her team had it looking straight out of a magazine (I contemplated not selling it!!). It sold within a week!! Then when I was ready to buy a home - I found a couple houses I liked, got pre-approved for my loan, had an inspector check the properties and had an offer on the house of my dreams within weeks! She was with me every step of the way! Her and her team are fantastic and I have already been referring friends and family to her. The thing I appreciated most was that I felt involved.. but not overwhelmed. The moment I'm looking to buy more properties she will be my first call.
