I highly regret purchasing my first home from Bryn Debeikes, who worked with the seller. I sincerely hope that she didn't take advantage of me solely because I am a young Asian woman. We were first time home buyers and she took full advantage of us and bullied us into accepting issues with the house without paying the agreed upon credit for repairs. During inspection, our inspector had found issues with the home: draining issues upstairs, the high voltage outlet was not working, shower diverter was broken, and other issues. We requested that the draining issues, shower diverter, water heater valve, and high voltage outlet be fixed and requested credit for the rest of the repairs to do ourselves. We were told these issues were fixed and scheduled to visit to check. Bryn and the owner showed up unannounced when we went to check that these issues were fixed. Our realtor told us that this was not normal and we were supposed to check this on our own, but we felt bullied into accepting their presence. We feel that Bryn proceeded to rush us through the check because she and the seller didn't want us to see that not everything was fixed. We asked to check the high voltage outlet and Bryn refused to let our realtor check and mocked her, and we had to take the seller's word that it was fixed.
