Vinh was really helpful and committed to helping my sister and I get the house we wanted to make our home. Vinh really helped provide top tier service, him or someone from his team was always available to answer any of the questions we had. Vinh made sure that we were successful in getting our offer accepted and once the offer was accepted he went above and beyond by working with the seller to ensure that all of our asks were met after the results of our inspections. Additionally, the Tran group made inspections a breeze, they have a great list of vendors they have worked with and were able to schedule all home inspections to be completed on the same day, which was really helpful and convenient for me with my busy work schedule. He explained how he too lives in the area where he was selling the house we went to see, the care he takes in truly investing and making sure a house is updated to standard to be re-sold, how he and his team stay in constant contact with their clients and everything he said was, and is true. As first time home buyers Vinh and his team took such great care of us, I’d hire the team again. Always keeping us updated, sometimes play by play updates, my sister and I appreciated this so much. If we had any questions they were always available, and I really do mean always day or night answering questions and providing us information.
