The G.

We are so grateful to The Clements Group for helping us purchase our dream home in Coronado. Not sure what we'd have done without them. Their guidance and expertise helped us navigate through every challenge with confidence. Their professionalism, dedication, and local knowledge were invaluable. I have worked with a few realtors (different parts of the country) and I wish I could replicate this team! They went above and beyond (and have even done so post close too!). In the end, we are thrilled with the result and couldn’t be happier in our new home. We highly recommend The Clements Group to anyone looking to buy or sell and have no idea why you would choose to work with someone else in Coronado!

The Clements Group did a great job selling our large home near Central Beach Coronado. They very professionally managed the whole process including getting the property ready, creating compelling literature and sales brochures, qualifying all potential buyers and expertly handling the negotiations and closing. In addition they personally got to know us and our goals. We will miss our home and friends but are satisfied we had a special experience through the sale. Jack and Dawn Vresics

Jan and Chris Clements, along with Jessica their administrator, are the very best. They know the real estate business in Coronado and the areas nearby backwards and forwards and smoothly negotiate the best deals possible for their clients. They represented me as both a buyer and seller and not only did a great job at both ends but were fun and easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout, recommended great vendors for all kinds of jobs, and were cheerfully willing to do small, incidental jobs when it helped the team effort. Great people who are great at their jobs!
