Dave D.

Dave is competent, professional, friendly and knows the area very well. Dave goes above and beyond for his clients. I have had many buyers' agents and bought many homes, and Dave is one of the very best. Excellent knowledge of the market. Good communicator with me and with other agents. He is respected by other agents, which helps in arranging showings and in negotiations. A realtor of honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Dave.

Responsive and professional in all respects. . Dave was on top of all aspects of the sale of our home. He had great advice up front and worked with us to list and sell our home. He helped negotiate an excellent sale price and ensured that all parts of the closing process proceeded without a problem. He is a great communicator that always promptly returned calls/texts when we had questions.

Knowledgeable Laguna Woods Realtor. When I decided to buy in Laguna Woods I knew that I wanted a realtor that had a strong work history in this particular community. There are so many special buying requirements and I wanted someone to help me navigate the process accurately. Dave did a good job of keeping me updated and providing timely information in the home buying process. Once we made an offer we were able to close escrow in 30 days. That is extremely quick in Laguna Woods. Buying a home is always stressful but Dave helped take some of that stress away by always being available, even while on vacation! Dave would be a good choice for anyone looking to buy in Laguna Woods!
