We had such a great experience working with Ray Fernandez to purchase our second home. Ray was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely on top of everything from beginning to end. He worked closely with our mortgage and escrow teams, made sure things were being followed up on, and helped keep the entire process moving. A huge shoutout to his team, Becca and Michelle, as well! When we unexpectedly needed an additional inspection for our homeowners insurance, they jumped in and helped us get everything taken care of quickly. They were so responsive and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The whole team made us feel taken care of throughout the process. We always knew we had people looking out for us and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. We’re so happy with our new home and incredibly appreciative of Ray, Becca, and Michelle. Ray was great, very hard to sell my mom and dad’s home! My mom lived in this home for 75 years! Ray made it extremely easy for us! Didn’t have to put any repair work towards the home and yet we got a great deal! His office staff was awesome each and everytime we had to speak! Perk too is he has a moving van which we used snd hopefully I can use it again when I bring my mothers stuff home 🤗🤗🤗
