We chose Amanda Fallon because we specifically needed an agent with experience handling VA home loans. She had strong online reviews, so we felt confident giving her a chance. Early on, she strongly encouraged us to use her preferred lender, even though we already had our own. We trusted her judgment and agreed, assuming this would make the process smoother for us as veterans. Unfortunately, that decision led to weeks of frustration. The lender’s communication was extremely poor. Calls went unanswered for weeks, emails were ignored, and at one point they confused my credit information with someone else’s entirely. The lack of basic follow-up was unacceptable, especially for something as important as a home loan. When we tried to reach Amanda for help during this time, she was also unresponsive. After finally getting in touch and explaining that we no longer wanted to use her recommended lender due to the ongoing issues, all communication stopped completely. We never heard from her again. Overall, the experience was disappointing and stressful. If you are relying on clear communication, follow-through, and advocacy—especially as a VA buyer—this is not for you.

Amanda is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Real Estate Industry. She was a big help in representing me Purchase/Build a Brand NEW Home in Spring Mountain Ranch Community in Riverside. She has experience in representing Customers Build Brand New Homes, which is why I chose her to Represent me. She was able to get my wife and I a couple of bonus incentives from the Seller if we decided to go with their preferred lender. She was also a big help in maintaining communication with the Seller throughout the whole Process to make sure there was no issues and the Home was being built without any delays. I would definitely use her again as my Real Estate Agent to sell my home or buy a new home if I ever decided to, and I would also highly recommend her to any relatives or friends that are looking to purchase or sell a home in the Inland Empire area.
